Security With Sophisticated Style
Mobilflex’s unique design uses transparent polycarbonate inserts. This innovative see-through rolling closure is an excellent solution for locations requiring security and visual appeal, like high-end stores.
The rolling curtain is constructed of 3” on center extruded aluminum sections. Each section framed by continuous double “C” hinge hold clear polycarbonate panels 1/16” thick x 2 ½” high x 15 3/4″ wide, separated by 2 1/2” high x .050” thick aluminum slats. End plates are 3/16″ steel plates to support the ends of the barrel assembly with sealed, self-aligning shaft bearings. The end plates bolted to the support tubes. The barrel is a steel pipe with a 6 5/8” diameter x 0.188” wall, designed to carry the whole curtain load.
A Roll-Flex model with open spaces instead of polycarbonate inserts is also available.
